1. Extruder
According to the width of the product, the extruder is from 50/30, 65/30, 75/30, 90/30, 105/30, 150/30 and other types of extruders. Small lines are mainly 600mm type. 65/30 single-screw extruder. Generally, this type of machine mainly depends on the screw and barrel, and the barrel needs to be grooved to increase the effect of feeding and plasticizing.
Large lines also need barrel drawing grooves. The screw speed is moderate or small (The wind pressure is small, the extrusion volume can be small, and the wind pressure is large, and the extrusion volume can be larger.)

2. Mould
The mold is mainly of the coat hanger type, and the core is the selection of the air duct. The mold requires uniform discharge. It is recommended to heat the new mold in a high-temperature oven before using it. In this way, it is not easy to block the mold during the test machine process. The mold temperature is 220-250 degrees.
3. Roots blower
At present, most Roots blowers are used, but air compressors can also be selected. What needs to be ensured is the air volume. Take the 600mm small line as an example: If a 22KW Roots blower is to continuously provide 0.08-0.1Mpa without air compressor stability, it is mainly continuous supply unstable pressure.
The temperature setting of the inlet and outlet is adjusted according to the situation of the cloth, and the temperature is generally set between 260-270 degrees. Heating pot temperature: 300-330 degrees.
1600mm large wire: wind pressure: 0.2-0.5MPa(Generally, for low-temperature PP materials, the wind pressure can be lower, and for medium-high temperature materials and melt index materials around 1300, the wind pressure can be larger.)
4. Electret equipment
Electret equipment is more critical, the core component of the rotor, cannot be broken down at 100,000 volts. At present, there is not much electrical equipment in China. Normal booting must reach more than 60,000 volts. The electrostatic adsorption effect is better.
5. Metering pump
The use of metering pumps is more critical. It is necessary to calculate the ratio between the screw and the metering pump so as to avoid excessive or insufficient feeding, backflow, and uneven cloth thickness.
